Every year, we’re looking for ways to improve our physical health and condition. In October and November, we hit the gym, in January we proudly step in our running shoes and go for a weekly sprint. And surely, you’ve decided to run the marathon. But this year, failure is not an option. This year, you’re a member of The Brick, and we don’t believe in giving up. However, we are here to help you, which is why we’ve organised a Running Crew by The Brick.

On a weekly basis, our running professionals and trainers will help you improve your running game, with tips from how to train for a better condition to improving your breathing. And here are the classes that you might follow to do so:

Running Class with Jonathan

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 19:30, our marathon trainer Jonathan will give you the best tips and tricks – as well as that motivation – to push yourself beyond those extra miles! A lot can happen in 42 KM, so it’s best to prepare yourself and make sure that you know what to expect.

Yoga Class with Adrienne

Breathing and mobility are two essential skills to master during running, which is why our new Ashtanga Yoga class is perfect for runners from intermediary to advanced levels. Check our schedule on the website for the Wednesday and Thursday yoga classes.

Personal Training with our PT’s

For that extra dose of confidence and speed, focus on strength training – and especially don’t skip leg day.
