THE AIR IS ABOUT TO CHANGE

STOKERS By The Brick is stepping into the future and today we lift the veil a little further: we will offer a variety of longevity treatments alongside the vast open gym and the first to be revealed is: oxygen therapy.

So… what is oxygen therapy, really? In our case, it’s the Revive AirPod, a mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy system that uses pressurised ambient air to help your body absorb significantly more oxygen: without masks, needles or medical drama. Magic.

Think recovery on fast-forward. Brain fog politely escorted out. It’s used by athletes, high performers and chronically busy humans who expect their bodies to keep up. Rare case where the hype actually earns its keep.

And why are we adding it? Simple. By increasing oxygen availability at a cellular level, you help your body bounce back faster after heavy sessions. It sharpens focus, reduces fatigue and stress, and boosts overall performance, both in the gym and in real life.

What does that mean for you? Your workout doesn’t end when you rack the last weight. Recovery becomes part of the experience, not an afterthought.

To celebrate Louise officially becoming a lululemon ambassador (yes, that Louise), we’re making her classes on 14/02 extra special.

All members joining Louise’s classes at 08:30 or 09:30 in Circus By The Brick will be spoiled with exclusive lululemon gifts & treats, because showing up, sweating hard and doing the work deserves a little reward. And because Valentine’s Day is a lot better when it involves movement, endorphins and good taste.

Allow us to introduce this months special treat & the woman behind it!

If hospitality were a sport, Sarah would be Olympic level and still complain the bar is too low.
Self-described as a “prettig gestoorde meid” (accurate), she’s been living the horeca life forever and has zero intention of retiring anytime soon. Good food, good vibes, good music: if it involves any of those, she’s in.

By day, she’s the driving force behind botellón.
By night, she’s on stage singing, jumping and causing mild chaos with cover band Base Six.
In between? You’ll find her reformering, spinning or aggressively sweating it out in the sauna at The Brick. Balance.

As the great Anthony Bourdain once said:

“Your body is not a temple, it’s an amusement park. Enjoy the ride!”
