Alongside your own practice, you explore the purpose of each exercise and its place within the original Mat sequence. You learn to observe how a body moves, recognise where stability, coordination or control needs support, and use precise cues and corrections to guide progress. This connects the authentic method with the decisions you make as a teacher, helping you respond to different bodies with clarity and purpose.
By the end, you will be able to deliver responsible, well-structured, and professional mat Pilates classes, for private and group settings.
