Group classes

Our group classes are organized across multiple unique The Brick locations in Antwerp, each offering a distinct training atmosphere — from high-performance training spaces to more mindful studio environments.
We offer a wide variety of classes including CrossFit, HYROX, strength training, HIIT, conditioning, cycling, boxing, yoga, (reformer) Pilates, and performance-based group workouts. Our programming is designed to challenge and inspire all fitness levels.
Yes. All group classes are accessible with one membership. Members can attend one class per day per location so 4 per day. Open Gym access (The Brick and Stokers) is always available and doesn’t need to be booked.
All classes can be viewed and booked through the MYCLUBPLANNER app. We recommend booking in advance as class spots are limited. You can book your classes 5 days in advance between 06:30-22:00.
Absolutely. Our coaches provide scaling options and modifications so both beginners and advanced members can train safely and effectively. If a class mentions a level, check with the coach if you want to join everything above level 1. Reformer Pilates classes are organized in levels from 1 to 3, so everyone can train at their own level. This allows beginners or people with physical limitations to start safely and progress gradually. Our Strong class is also a great option for beginners. In this class you learn how to move properly under the supervision of a coach, with guidance similar to working with a personal trainer. This helps you build strength safely and improve technique.
Please wear comfortable sportswear and clean indoor training shoes. Bring your water bottle. Equipment, fruit, coffee, tea, water and towels are provided.
Group classes run 50 minutes, depending on the format. Exceptions are possible.
Please inform the coach before class. We can offer alternative exercises and equipment to accommodate injuries and ensure safe participation. Exercises can be adapted to your needs and limitations.

It focuses on low-impact strength, core stability, mobility, and flexibility. Strengthening the core muscles (abdominals, glutes, and lower back) helps support the spine and can reduce lower back discomfort over time.

You can cancel your class until 4 hours before the start time. If you do not cancel in advance, you will receive a strike. Accumulating three strikes within three months will result in a 5 day booking restriction for group classes. All already booked classes previous to the restriction and open gym access remains available during this period.
Trial sessions and drop-in options are available during off-peak hours. Please contact us or check the website for current options.

Membership

We offer flexible membership options to suit different needs. You can choose between a 1-year or 1.5-year membership, with better pricing available for longer commitments. If you prefer something more short-term, we also offer a 4-week membership at a slightly higher rate. We also offer a discounted rate to people younger than 24.
You can choose to pay your membership in full upfront or spread the cost with payments every 4 weeks. If you opt for a prepayment, certain commercial advantages may apply.
Yes, you can temporarily freeze your membership if you are ill or travelling abroad for work.Freezes are possible for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. Please notethat supporting documentation is required. Ending your membership before the agreed term is only possible in specific cases, such asrelocation or when you are medically unable to continue. Proof is required in all cases. Forfull details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions on our website.
Yes, an invoice can be provided when you choose to prepay your membership.
You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@thebrick.be with documentation supportingyour claim to freeze. A doctor’s note or proof of work abroad for example.
At this time, we do not offer a family discount. Please note that the minimum age to join is 16 with supervision, or 18 without.
Yes, you need to register this visit at the front desk of The Brick or Stokers.
Everyone has the price he signed in with. Prices change over time with indexes etc so you. Each member pays the rate that was in place at the time they joined. As our pricing evolves over time due to indexation and other adjustments, current rates may differ from earlier ones. This is why you and your gym buddy may not be paying the same amount.
