The Prep Kitchen

Meet Eline and Lander. Both raised by the sea, now anchored in Antwerp. Together they run The Prep Kitchen, our new food partner inside STOKERS By The Brick. Eline comes from the art world, with a background in painting and a strong sense for detail. She also runs January Flower and is part of the team behind The Prep in Groenkwartier. Lander is the man behind Baroque Baroque, their event design and catering studio. After two decades abroad cooking for high-profile clients, he is now back in Belgium, simply cooking for people who appreciate good food. Including you.
The Prep Kitchen started almost by accident. They took over a space as a production kitchen for their events, planned to maybe sell a few coffees on the side… and it escalated quickly. What you get today is a place built on one simple idea: food and drinks should be made with intention.Think seasonal dishes, balanced flavors, and comfort food with character. No unnecessary complexity. Just quality ingredients, treated right, served in a space that makes you slow down for a minute. Hospitality here goes beyond the plate. It is about how you are welcomed, how things are served, and how you walk out again.
And yes, it is alcohol-free. On purpose.Not as a limitation, but as a choice. They believe a great drink can stand on its own without alcohol. So expect specialty coffee, house drinks, juices, and a non-alcoholic selection that delivers.The Prep Kitchen is about balance, clarity, and feeling good.Exactly what we all needed.
