Nicolas, a born-and-bred Antwerpener, leads Monroe’s floor team with energy, warmth and a sharp sense of hospitality. He’s in The Brick even more than Vadim — lifting weights, doing Reformer, and occasionally swapping the barbell for a karaoke mic.
