If you view CrossFit not only as a fitness program but also as a competitive outlet, then Monster Mash is for you. These are intensive, high-volume classes with advanced skills for our most skilled CrossFit athletes who want to develop the capabilities to excel in the CrossFit Open and competitions. The classes are open to all levels, as long as you:

  • Are familiar with all common CrossFit movements and their scaling possibilities
  • Know how to warm up and set up independently for different types of workouts
  • Know your 1RM (approximately) and working weights in Olympic and powerlifts
