Gainz Club is all about getting stronger. We focus on the three powerlifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The program works with training cycles of several months, using progressive overload to build strength structurally. Each session includes a warm-up, a main exercise, equipment work, and above all, lots of fun. Gainz Club is for anyone serious about getting stronger, but ideally, you are familiar with the main lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift) and have at least a vague idea of your 1RM. You can take the classes as standalone lessons, but the program works best if you participate regularly.
