Fundamentals

Fundamentals is our on ramp program. Over the course of 2 weeks, coach Lau will introduce you to the CrossFit methodology, our slang & the most common movements in a non-competitive environment. Sessions 1 covers the basics, in session 2 you learn all about the Olympic Lifts and and gymnastics. Joining these 2 fundamentals classes is not mandatory, but highly encouraged if you have no prior experience with CrossFit.
