Fundamentals is our on ramp program. Over the course of 4 weeks, coach Lau will introduce you to the CrossFit methodology, our slang & the most common movements in a non-competitive environment. Sessions 1 and 2 cover the basics, in session 3 you learn all about the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) and session 4 focusses on gymnastics. Joining these 4 fundamentals classes is not mandatory, but highly encouraged if you have no prior experience with CrossFit.
