Gainz Club is all about getting strong. We focus on the three power lifts: the squat, bench press and the deadlift. The program works with training cycles of several months, using progressive overload to structurally build strength. Each session contains a warm-up, a main lift, accessory work and most of all: a lot of fun. Gainz club is for everyone who is serious about getting stronger, but ideally you are familiar with the major lifts (squat, bench & deadlift) and have at least a vague idea of your 1 rep max. You can follow the classes as standalone lessons, but the program works best if you join regularly.
