Olympic Weightlifting

It’s not working the strengths that make us better; it’s attacking our weaknesses. The Oly classes work on technique & strength in the two Olympic Lifts: Snatch and Clean & Jerk, following progressive training cycles with regular testing moments. There are no formal strength requirements for the olympic weightlifting classes, but in order to join, you have to at least know the difference between a clean, a jerk and a snatch. You can follow the classes as standalone lessons, but the program works best if you join regularly.
