The Workout Of the Day is our main CrossFit program. High-intensity sessions of functional movements, designed to improve your physical fitness through constantly varying and challenging routines. And yes, these workouts are for everybody. We pride ourselves on being infinitely scalable. From professional athletes to your grandmother. We believe if you have a body, you’re an athlete.
