After the success of the previous edition, we have joined forces for a long-term partnership. Measurement is knowledge, and understanding your physiological processes in the body can optimize your athletic performance. This is where a blood analysis comes into play.

Blood analyses provide important information about the concentration of essential nutrients that play a role in energy production and overall health. A deficiency in certain nutrients can lead to lower performance, results, and an increased risk of injuries.

Intensive training and an unhealthy lifestyle can lead to inflammation, which can cause ailments and decreased performance. By measuring these markers, athletes can tailor their training load to their capacity.

Blood analyses also provide information about hormonal levels, such as cortisol and testosterone. A balanced hormone production is crucial for overall well-being, achieving results, and recovery. Deviations in these hormones can indicate overtraining, stress, or other health issues.

Every first Tuesday of the month, Dr. Marie-Laure De Vleeschauwer will be present from 07:00 to 12:00 at our main location (Waalsekaai 57a, 2000 Antwerp) for blood samples. This research is primarily intended to optimize individual eating habits and dietary practices, assisting people in leading a healthy life and improving any chronic issues.

HEALTH & STRESS CHECK €118,13

The Stress Check test is conducted through 5 separate measurements of cortisol in vour saliva and is included in a special kit that you can use at home afterwards. In combination with the blood analysis, it determines your stress response. This measures the adaptive capacity and battery reserves of your body.

The listed prices are indicative and depend on the riziv and disability insurance. The reimbursement from the riziv is valid for therapeutic treatment, and depending on the doctor’s decision, there may be a surcharge to be paid.
