A WHOLE NEW WORLD
Disney made many movies with many princesses, but princess Jasmine was without a doubt a role model for many girls growing up, and our little daydreamer Kinza is no exception. And why would she be?

A beautiful, intelligent, strong willed, regal but caring woman, admirable traits to look up to. While she might still be looking for her Aladdin, she has become a true princess in her own right.
Let’s explore her journey together.
A gemini born in 1997, spontaneous, playful, and adorably erratic.

From the tender age of three, princess Kinza twirled and leaped through the world of ballet. Her artistic soul led her to the podia of art school, where she also immersed herself in the enchanting wisdom of “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho.
Inspired by contemporary luminaries such as Gwyneth Paltrow or even fictional ones like Carrie Bradshaw, Kinza ventured head-on into the realm of high-end fashion where she made her career at CHANEL.
Yet, it was in the tranquil embrace of a yoga studio turned Pilates sanctuary where Kinza discovered her true passion. Pilates became her oasis, igniting a flame of self-love and acceptance. Through Pilates, Kinza not only honed her physical strength but also cultivated a deep sense of confidence and mindfulness.
“I fell in love. Pilates gives me the same endorfines ballet did, but pilates additionally teaches me time and again to feel good about my body. Not only do I get more conscious about every tiny little muscle in my body, I become stronger and more confident. Pilates is the never ending journey of falling in love with your own body and taking care of it, even on a healing level.”
Now, Kinza’s heart resonates with joy as she shares her love for Pilates with the world. With every breath, her students are transported to a realm of infinite possibilities, introducing them to a whole new world.
In her classes, Kinza orchestrates a harmonious blend of movement and music, guiding her students on a journey of self-discovery. For Kinza, Pilates is more than just exercise; it’s a sacred art form, a pathway to healing and self-realization. She invites others to embark on this transformative journey, where every movement is infused with intention and every breath is a celebration of life’s beauty.
As Kinza would say, “It’s all in the details“, and in her classes, every detail is crafted with love and care, ensuring an enchanting experience fit for royalty.

BOOKINGS & CANCEL UPDATE!
We would like to thank everyone for showing up to their reservations.
But there is always room for improvement. We have taken a deep dive into our stats and almost 20% of members don’t show up to their reserved classes.
That means 2000+ spots lost each month with people in the waiting lists.For those people in the waiting list we all need to do better.
So a friendly reminder for everyone:
Reservations are only possible from 06:30 ‘till 22:00. It’s a very flexible system but cancelations have to be done 4 hours before the starting hour of the class. No more exceptions.
Cancel your classes on time through the app and don’t forget to check in on all locations with your QR-code, badge or card. Once you have used your QR-code go back to your dashboard to refresh it before using it again.
Phone, e-mail or social media are not valid ways to cancel your classes.
